The State Government has announced new funding for infrastructure on the Dampier Peninsula.

$3.9 million has been given to improve tourism facilities and signage which will include upgraded toilets, shade and picnic facilities at Beagle Bay.

The money will also see improvements to access roads at Ardyaloon Community, upgrades to the road into Kooljaman Resort and better signage and fencing to protected sites.

These upgrades along with the sealing of the Cape Leveque Road are expected to be completed by September 2020.
