- Advocate to all levels of government to influence policy, planning and investment decisions that promote local economic participation, workforce sustainability, social equity and long-term community benefit
- Represent and advance the shared interests of Broome’s business community through advocacy, research, consultation and policy submissions, while promoting ethical business conduct, transparent governance and collaborative, informed public dialogue.

- Provide training, skills development and business capability building through workshops, forums and networks that enhance employment pathways and economic self-reliance

- Advance Indigenous participation in the regional economy by supporting First Nations businesses, employment pathways and culturally respectful engagement across all sectors
