When member feedback clearly identified staff shortages as a barrier to local business growth and confidence, the Broome Chamber sprang into action. Local businesses were invited to list their job vacancies on the jobs platform of the Love Broome website, and the details of 87 vacancies were supplied to BCCI during January.
