Following a lengthy period of low economic activity,  Broome is about to commence a long awaited period of potentially rapid and prolonged economic growth.

The key economic drivers of this economic growth are the start-up and recommencement of several major mining projects providing local jobs, significant spending on community infrastructure, and importantly the construction and operation of major infrastructure that will create an opportunity for a fully diversified, vibrant economy with a commitment to high levels of local content, business opportunities, careers and jobs.

To fully maximise the benefit Broome will receive from these opportunities and to enhance a local jobs for local people initiative, BCCI and Working Together West Kimberley is conducting a survey of businesses to collect information on requirements, impacts, challenges and strategies used to addressing them including training and capability enhancement.

This 10 question survey will only take 5 minutes to complete and your responses will remain anonymous.  Analysis of the results will assist the business community prepare for the upcoming boom in business opportunities.
