The Broome Code of Service Excellence is an initiative of the Broome Chamber of Commerce & Industry to ensure that Broome businesses are delivering exceptional customer experiences to our community and visitors.  The Code reminds all that are a part of the Code of Service Excellence program, that we are united by one goal – to provide excellent customer service 100% of the time.

What is the Code?

The Customer Code has been developed by a key group of Broome Business Stakeholders, who have a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

Local businesses will be able to display a Certificate of Membership and Customer Charter in their businesses to promote participation in the initiative.

Participants will have access to FREE workshops, tools, resources and promotion as a participant of the Code.

We also have an active mystery shopper campaign that will evaluate the customer experience in your business and provide regular feedback and improvement opportunities.

How do I get involved?

Being a part of the Broome Code of Service Excellence initiative can be added to your BCCI membership or joined as a one off through the links below.
