Boutique Kimberley based coffee roastery smashes the 2019 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show taking the top award as Champion Espresso Roaster and winning 2 medals.

Kimberley Coffee Company was awarded the highest level award for coffee roasting in Australia – Champion Espresso Roaster.

This prestigious annual award adheres to strict judging criteria, one of the most rigorous in the country, and recognises excellence in roasting across all competition submissions. The Champion Roaster is the highest overall award for coffee presented at annual Sydney Royal Fine Food Show.

Honouring the traditions of local agricultural shows and produce markets around Australia, the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show celebrates heritage, quality, provenance and innovation. The Fine Food Show provides a platform for Australia’s best producers to compete amongst their peers in a bid to not only improve their products but that of the industry in Australia.

  • Overall Champion Medal – Class 1 Espresso
  • GOLD – Class 1 Espresso category Single Origin Guji Danse Mormora Ethiopian
  • BRONZE – Class 2 Latte category for the Mintaka Fairtrade Organic Blend, which is Kimberley Coffee’s signature blend and consistent award winner.
