BCCI Meeting Room Hire
The Broome Chamber of Commerce has two rooms available to hire for your business needs.
These are ideal for all size businesses, whether you’re running a workshop, holding a board meeting, or running interviews, we have a room well-suited to your needs.

Boardroom Hire
Our boardroom offers a capacity to comfortably accommodate 12-16 guests, with the provision of four individual tables that can be arranged to suit your specific configuration requirements. Enhanced by a panoramic view of the renowned Streeters Jetty, facilitated by balcony access, this venue stands as the epitome of sophistication for your forthcoming workshops or presentations.
This room includes:
- Large high-quality TV and advanced AV Equipment
- Complimentary wireless internet
- Standard whiteboard and markers
- Complimentary tea, coffee, water and mints
- Convenient bar fridge for your exclusive use
Ideal for hosting workshops or running a large meeting with the ability to video conference with remote participants.

Cancellation Policy
- We require a 72-hour notice for a cancellation.
- To cancel you must email administration@broomechamber.com.au
- Cancellations made within 72 hours to booking will incur a 50% booking fee.
Four-Person Meeting Room
Our cosy four-person meeting room is ideal for small meetings, interviews, or as a dedicated workspace for home-based or remote businesses to conduct their work.
