The Broome Chamber of Commerce has two meeting rooms available to hire for your business needs. 

These are ideal for all size businesses, whether you’re running a workshop, holding a board meeting, or running interviews, we have a room well-suited to your needs.

Boardroom Hire

Our boardroom can accommodate 12 people comfortably around the board table. With access to our balcony, with a view of the iconic Streeters Jetty. 

This room includes;

  • Large screen TV and AV
  • Complimentary wireless internet
  • Standard whiteboard and pens
  • Tea, coffee, water and mint

Ideal for hosting workshops, or running a large meeting with the ability to video conference with offsite attendees. 

Member Rates

Full day – $220 +gst

Half day (up to 4 hours) – $150 +gst

Per hour – $50 +gst

Non-Member Rates

Full day – $330 +gst

Half day (up to 4 hours) – $225 +gst

Per hour – $75 +gst

Four-Person Meeting Room

Our smaller four-person meeting room is ideal for small meetings, interviews, or for a home-based businesses/out-of-town businesses to conduct their work. 

This room includes;

  • Whiteboard and markers
  • Tea, coffee and mints

Member Rates

Full day – $110 +gst

Half day (up to 4 hours) – $75 +gst

Per hour – $25 +gst

Non-Member Rates

Full day – $165 +gst

Half day (up to 4 hours) – $115 +gst

Per hour – $35 +gst

Cancelation Policy

  • We require a 72-hour notice for a cancellation. 
  • To cancel you must email administration@broomechamber.com.au 
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours to booking will incur a 50% booking fee.
